Privacy Policy

When you create an account, place an order or book a studio service, we collect the information needed to serve you: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order and booking history, and — if you choose to attach one — the reference photo you send for a tattoo or tooth gem booking. For tattoo and piercing bookings, we also collect date of birth and, when the client is a minor, their parent or guardian’s name, relationship and phone number, as well as your declaration of known allergies and any details you provide. Staff use these details to prepare the in-person consent form and check with you before the procedure.

We use your data only to prepare and deliver your orders, to contact you about them (phone, WhatsApp), to manage your bookings, and to keep your account up to date. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Your data is stored on secure, professionally managed servers with strict access controls. Only authorised Metallica staff can see your order and booking information, strictly to do their job.

Some features rely on trusted providers: WhatsApp (when you contact us or confirm a booking, the message you send is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy) and Google Maps (map display, which may collect technical data). We share with a courier only the information needed to deliver your order: name, address, phone and the amount to collect.

We keep your order history for as long as your account exists so we can serve you faster; reference photos attached to bookings become inaccessible through their shared links after 30 days. You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting any of our branches (see the contact page) or email contact@metallicalb.com.

Accounts and orders are intended for people aged 18 or over, or minors with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. Piercing and tattoo services for minors require a parent or legal guardian present with valid ID.

We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We do not use advertising trackers.
