This website (metallicalb.com) is operated by Metallica Lebanon, an independent business established in Lebanon in 1993, specialising in piercing, tattoo, body jewelry and alternative fashion, with branches in Mar Mikhael (Beirut, flagship — opening soon), Jbeil, Burj Hammoud, Mazraat Yachouh, Furn El Chebbak and Sarba.

All online orders are prepared and dispatched exclusively by our Mar Mikhael (Beirut) shop. Placing an order on this site means you accept these terms.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The equivalent in Lebanese pounds (LBP) shown on the site is an indication; the amount collected on delivery is calculated at the exchange rate applied on the day of delivery. Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we contact you to offer a replacement, a delay or a cancellation of that item with a full refund of what you paid for it.

To place an order you must create an account with a valid email address. An order is confirmed once our team contacts you (by phone or WhatsApp) to confirm availability and delivery details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability.

Payment is currently cash on delivery, in USD or LBP, collected by our courier when your order is handed to you. Orders paid through a WhatsApp confirmation follow the same cash-on-delivery rule unless agreed otherwise with our team.

Online card payment is not available yet. When it becomes available, these terms will be updated accordingly.

We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery times and fees are shown before you confirm your order; they start from the moment our team confirms your order. Deliveries are made on our working days (Monday to Saturday); we do not deliver on Sundays. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the package.

You may return or exchange an unworn product in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery, with your order confirmation. Refunds are issued in cash at the shop or as a credit, as agreed with our team.

For hygiene reasons, body jewelry that has been opened, worn or inserted cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect items that are defective: a defective product will be exchanged or refunded even if the packaging has been opened.

Studio services booked through this site are subject to confirmation by the studio. Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with valid ID. All services are performed under strict hygiene standards; aftercare instructions provided by your artist must be followed.

Our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Lebanese law, in particular under Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably with our team; failing that, the competent Lebanese courts have jurisdiction.
