Delivery & Returns

Every online order is prepared and dispatched by our Mar Mikhael (Beirut) shop. We deliver across Lebanon, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Indicative delivery times after confirmation of your order: Beirut and Mount Lebanon, 1–2 working days; North, South and Bekaa, 2–4 working days. Exact fees are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Our courier collects payment in cash on delivery, in USD or LBP. Please have the amount ready — our couriers carry a limited amount of change.

You will be contacted by phone or WhatsApp before delivery. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order returns to the shop and you can rearrange delivery or pick it up in store.

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an item, provided it is unworn and in its original, unopened packaging, with your order confirmation.

For hygiene reasons, opened, worn or inserted body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged — except when the item is defective, in which case it will be exchanged or refunded.

Returns can be handed in at any of our open branches, or sent back with our courier (return fee may apply). Refunds are made in cash or as store credit, as agreed with our team.

Prefer to collect your order yourself? Choose WhatsApp confirmation at checkout and arrange a pickup at Mar Mikhael or at any of our branches. You pay in store at pickup.
